The Shot Blasting  / Peening machines basically functions As follows:
Bare Wheel Assembly:
Bare wheel throws shorts, grits or other abrasives on to the components with centrifugal force thereby achieving the objective of cleaning or peening whatever the case may be.

Reclamation Unit :
Collects Elevates, Removes Contaminants, Fines Stores and Delivers media for re-use to the blasting unit, Contaminates are discharged to waste and useable media feed to blast wheel.

Dust Collection / Ventilation Provided by a Sution Blower for :
Dust is collected thru filter bags fitted in dust collector

Spare Parts :
